JY Carriers is a trucking and freight company and part of the JY Group, based at 46 Stafford St Unit 2957, Lawrence, MA 01841. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean JY Carriers.

When you request a quote on our website, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need, the details you add about your shipment, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

When you call, email, or text us, we keep the information you share, such as contact details and the details of your shipments.

Our website has no user accounts, and we do not add our own analytics or advertising cookies. Our website host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map of our office. When the map loads, Google receives your request (including your IP address) and may use cookies or similar technologies as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings.

Some photos on our website load from Unsplash, an image service, which receives your IP address and browser details when it sends them.

By opting in (for example, by ticking a text message box on our quote form, or by giving us written or verbal permission), you consent to receive text messages from JY Carriers at the phone number you provided. These messages may include replies to quote requests, booking confirmations, load and delivery updates, and customer service. If you separately opted in to marketing texts, we may also send occasional offers and news. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your information is not shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that process this information on our behalf to run the program: our website form email service, which passes your opt-in choice from our quote form to us, and our text messaging provider, which delivers our messages. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your shipments and requests.

Opting out. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. After you opt out, we will send one message confirming it, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
